Thank you for participating as a bidder in MTH this year, and congratulations on your win(s)! This form is for solo wins only. You can put all your solo wins into one form or submit more than once if you run out of space. If you’re an organizer for a pod bid, please submit those using our Pod Bid Donation Form. If you’re a participant in a pod bid, please provide your pod bid organizer with the receipts that reflect your donations for those pods.

It is vital that you provide us with your accurate bidder name and email. We must be able to contact you via that email and we must be able to match your form to a registered bidder on our site. If you wish to use a different email for further communication, please put your current account email in the Bidder Email section and then indicate the email you wish to change to in the Additional Information section. We may contact your original bidder email first to confirm the change. If you have concerns about being reached by email, we also encourage you to provide additional contact information in the Additional Information section; however, do be aware you’ll be matched with the creators of your auction wins by email.

Pod Bid Donations:*

This form is for SOLO DONATIONS ONLY. For pod donations, you should submit your receipts to the pod organizer who will submit on behalf of everyone to our pod bid donation form. That said, sometimes a receipt may contain both solo and pod donations. Do any of your receipts contain both? If so, mark YES here, provide your pod organizer with those receipts, and submit those receipts for their solo parts on this form. We will match them appropriately.

Receipts:

Receipts can be a screenshot, image, or PDF copy of your donation receipt that includes the date, donation amount, and organization name (personal info such as your name, address, and bank account/credit card number can be redacted). A screenshot of bank transfer details with redacted personal information is allowed as well.

Additional Info:

Let us know if there's anything else we might need to know to properly process your donations, for example, if you were a proxy bidder, if you'd like to gift this auction to a friend, if you need to change contact information, if you donated more than your auction total (we record all bonus donations in our total!), or if there's anything confusing or unclear about your receipts (or if you just want to send some love our way, we won't say no! ;)).
