- I will write fic for you featuring Yelena Belova & Bob Reynolds AroAce queer platonic partnership, platonic friendship, or platonic roommates slice/s of life with option for DC crossover and a flat minimum of 5k words. It will be either one fic or a series of shorter fics on the same timeline. I do have a tendency to exceed my word counts and estimates. Please see my AO3 page if you would like examples of my writing style. If you happen to win my auction for epistolary fic/elements, you may combine the two.
There are no tiers on this auction, and the starting bid is $5.
Characterization and location notes: Yelena and Bob will be based on their MCU Thunderbolts characterization (with some likely pre-Thunderbolts canon and adjacent elements to Yelena). Their relationship is strictly AroAce queerplatonic partnership between Yelena & Bob, with no sexual elements, no Sentry, no void. I can make an exception to my usual "no angst" rule for this auction, but only for moderate to light portrayed angst, and there will still, inevitably, be a sense of humor involved. If you prefer the fic focus more on serious subjects with a sense of humor (which I love doing), I am 100% open to that type of gallows/inappropriate dealing with issues via humor approach.
Location is fairly wide open, though I would prefer a location within the US or Canada. I also write Marvel/DC crossovers, so if you have a yen for Yelena and Bob moving to Gotham, I gotcha.
Background character appearances can include any of the following:
Marvel: Bucky Barnes, Clint Barton, Tony Stark, Steve Rogers, and Alexei Shostakov. If you want a canon-divergent AU, Natasha is also a possibility, though it might compromise Yelena and Bob's dynamic from the movie.
DC: Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, Tim Drake, and Roy Harper. (Others possible, but please inquire before bidding.)
Please make sure to check the Do Wants/DNWs. I welcome inquiries about any additions to the Do Wnats or exceptions to the DNWs you would like me to consider before bidding. If you would like the fics to address some of the heavier issues between the two of them, please inquire first so we can make arrangements about the level of angst I can make an exception for here. Same thing for background characters you'd like to see that aren't listed in the auction.
