1. The auction number that you won
2. The name of the creator you won from
3. An image showing your donation as confirmed by the organization. This can be a screenshot of an emailed receipt or a receipt page on their website. You can redact personal information by blacking it out, but we will need to see the amount, the date, and the organization.
