- First of all, what is a rotoscope? Rotoscoping is an animation technique used to trace over motion picture footage, frame by frame, to produce realistic action. (wikipedia) What I will do is trace over an existing gif/video, adjusting to the requested characters, to create a short animation. I can help you find a gif! Very low quality gifs or too dark/blurry gifs can make the work a lot harder.
I will be offering a rotoscope that will be only lineart and max. 20 frames. If the bid reaches 250$, it can be upgraded to max 30 frames or flat colors. You can check examples here and here!
