- I am offering a fic around 5,000 words.
Scheduling: From May through July 2027 I will be largely unavailable because I'll be preparing for and taking the bar exam. It is entirely possible that I finish before then, or that I finish after then, but that time period is blocked off.
I predominantly write character-focused stories, and most of my published work is about Sam Wilson, Steve Rogers, and Bucky Barnes. I'm into Cap Quartet and I often include Sharon in those stories as well. I don't write a lot of romance, but I have written both Steve/Bucky and Sam/Bucky. I'm deeply unwell about Steve & Natasha and Steve & Sam and am down to explore those in great detail. Especially Steve & Nat in between Avengers and Winter Soldier and anything that takes place in that post-CATWS Roadtrip Era.
I like writing in canonverse, tweaking things that need to be tweaked, but I'm not super big on AUs. I'm also not really down to write a post-Endgame fic that involves Steve-bashing, I will treat his decision with nuance and love and care.
I've never written smut and I don't think now is the time to start that journey but I can finagle a fade-to-black. If you've seen my AO3 page you know I love crossovers and merging things, (all of my Sam fics contain heavy Star Trek references), and I am down to crossover with Star Trek, Percy Jackson, Stranger Things, HBO War, The Magnus Archives, and if you think of something else just ask me and I'll see if I'm familiar enough to make it work. Also I have never written a soulmate story before but it's on my list of things to try out so if you've got a fun idea let's do it! Platonic or romantic!
As far as prompts go, I work best if you have a concept or theme you'd like to explore and we can build a situation around that. But also if you really have a situation you want to put these guys in, I can write that too. I will probably be really chatty during the brainstorming process and then go dark and show up weeks later with an outline and then weeks after that with a finished story and probably also a playlist to go with it.
