- Work Description:
- I'm offering fic of around 1,000 words.
I like writing vignettes focused on quiet moments full of tension and tenderness. In shorter works like the kind I'm offering here, I try to give special attention to my language and style, and I like trying to create short, fairly "uneventful" stories that are rich in atmosphere. I'm interested in exploring circumstances in which characters' dynamics and beliefs shift, or they find themselves wrestling with thoughts or feelings they're uncomfortable admitting they have. I love prompts and requests that challenge me to think about characters and dynamics in new ways, and I'm excited to collaborate with whoever wins this auction to come up with a story we'll both enjoy!
