I predominantly help with SPaG and grammar/usage/mechanics/punctuation and flow (i.e. characterization, plot pacing/flow, dialogue). I tend to provide feedback through comments and suggestions on a fic and a summary either in the form of an extended comment at the end or via a conversation in DMs on Discord touching on overall impressions and reactions and as a check-in. I can also hone in on particular sections per author request (i.e. “This section seems incomplete, but I’m not sure what to say/how to expand it”). I can beta sports AUs or educational setting AUs for accuracy.
As a beta, I’m open to nearly everything. I’m here to provide the support you need, so please feel free to contact me to make sure my abilities and style mesh with your goals and expectations. My familiarity with different canons varies - I am most fluent with the MCU and Marvel's Avengers game, but I have at least passing familiarity with many Marvel properties. Please be aware that my familiarity with 616 is limited largely to characterization rather than continuity.
